Laura brings a unique blend of scientific curiosity, engineering precision, and human-centred insight to her breathwork practice. With a professional background spanning science, engineering, and HR, she has always been driven by a desire to understand how things work, especially when it comes to human performance and wellbeing.
Her journey into breathwork began through her love of wild swimming and yoga, where she first experienced the transformative power of conscious breathing. Intrigued by the physiological effects she felt, Laura set out to explore the science behind the breath, seeking evidence-based approaches that could explain and enhance these experiences.
As a keen cyclist and welfare officer for a junior cycling team, Laura is passionate about helping athletes - especially young riders - learn to use their breath as a tool for relaxation, recovery, and endurance. She understands the pressures of performance and the importance of mental resilience, and she sees breathwork as a powerful, accessible way to support both.
